Emerging Lives Initiative is a federally registered Canadian charity organization,
whose MISSION is to strengthen the youth and young adult workforce ecosystem through coordinated leadership development, intergenerational mentorship, and inclusive pathways into skilled and digital careers.

Our vision is a resilient and inclusive workforce ecosystem where youth and young adults develop as Competent, Organizationally Skilled, Responsible, and Ethical (CORE) leaders who drive sustainable economic and community advancement.

Emerging Lives Initiative was founded in May 2024 with a commitment to strengthening leadership and workforce pathways through coordinated ecosystem engagement.
